Warranty Statement

  1. Shenzhen Huadisk Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Huadisk) guarantees that its factory-manufactured products are free from material or manufacturing defects for the original consumer or customer.

  2. During the warranty period, if a product experiences material or functional defects, Huadisk reserves the right to either repair or replace the product with an equivalent model at its discretion.

  3. Customers will receive a fully tested replacement or repaired product, ensuring that its functionality is equivalent to a brand-new product.

  4. Warranty Period:

    • Consumer-grade storage products: 5-year warranty.
    • Industrial wide-temperature storage products: 3-year warranty.

For SSD storage products, please back up all important data in multiple copies. The official warranty service does not cover data recovery.
